Home Economics is committed to delivering best-in-class research and analytics.
As part of this commitment, we provide interactive price maps. Each map is composed of bubbles representing ZIP codes. Bubbles are sized to population. The color of the bubbles represent either that ZIP’s average home price (in the levels map) or the change in home price over the last year (in the changes map).
Both maps include a search function and a unique “Local view” feature that re-buckets only the ZIP codes visible on your screen, so you can compare each ZIP to the others contained within the current viewport.
These maps are free for all registered Home Economics subscribers, including the free tier. Although we will eventually produce more feature-rich maps and make these available only to paying clients, we are committed to keeping the maps shown on this page free.
We encourage you build your workflows around them and share the maps and your findings with colleagues, clients, and on social media. We update the maps mid-month after Zillow releases its latest dataa.
The rest of this research article is free, but you must be a registered subscriber to view it. Login or register here.
